Maggie Moreno serves as the Controller at Participant Capital, where she oversees the accounting department and manages financial reporting. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, she has held previous positions as Controller at Fifteen Group, Faena Group, and the Related Group, as well as working in the solar division of Lennar Homebuilders.

Maggie is a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants. She earned her Master’s in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University and holds a double major in Business Administration and International Business from Florida International University. Additionally, Maggie is a licensed Community Association Manager and a Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida.
